All orders over $55 are shipped standard delivery free within the USA!
Expedited and international delivery times and pricing will be calculated and displayed at check out.
We aim to process all orders within 48 working hours, however this is subject to change during busy Holidays or and sale periods. Once your order has been processed and shipping you will be notified via email.
Please note that delivery times are shown as an indication and Urban Saint cannot be held responsible for delays once an item has been dispatched.
Please note that if you give an incorrect address at checkout we are not liable and if the item is returned to us you will be responsible for any redelivery costs.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied you may return, exchange, or receive store credit for your item(s) within 14 days from the date you received the shipment. We only accept returns of items that are unused and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. We will not accept returns of items that have been worn.
Discounted, promotional, 1/1 or vintage product sales are final at the time of purchase and can not be returned or exchanged.
For returns, please email us within 14 days and returns must be sent to the address below within 14 days of the date you received the item in the same packaging and condition, and customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
Please allow 3-7 business days for processing after the package has been delivered back to us. The refund will go back to the card you placed the order with and subject to a 15% restocking fee accessed on all returns.
